GREYHOUND NORTH AMERICA DISCOVERY PASSES

WHAT:	GREYHOUND NORTH AMERICA DISCOVERY PASSES Unlimited travel pass. Exception: No more than 3 round trips between the same 2 points will be permitted.
EFFECTIVE:	April 1, 2011
EXPIRES:	March 31,2012 for sale. Tickets must be used within a period of 1 year from the date of purchase or by May 21, 2012 which ever comes first.
CARRIERS:	See Discovery Pass Participating Carriers.
SALE:	Tickets on sale daily.
LIMITS:	See Fare Table. Calculate limit “in addition to first date of travel”. All pass limits are for consecutive days only. All travel must be completed by midnight, May 21, 2012
HONORING:	Tickets honored daily. Holiday travel blackouts DO NOT apply.
PREMIUMS:	Holiday and Weekend Premiums WILL NOT apply.
FORM:	Tickets issued under authority of this tariff will be in the form of a Pass (BOCA ticket). The passenger needs only to go to the ticket counter if he/she has baggage to check. The Discovery Pass will be shown to the driver at each boarding. EACH passenger must have a Pass / Ticket. A free child is to be issued a pass/ticket endorsed “FREE CHILD” at zero (0) value.
ENDORSE:	Endorse ticket with the “DISC” and number of days shown in connection with fare purchased. Clearly indicate the “void after” date.
DISCOUNTS:	No further discounts for children, seniors, or students.
CHILDREN:	CHILDREN under 2 years of age travel free with their parents.One (1) child (0-1) only who has not reached his or her second (2nd) birthday, when accompanied by a passenger thirteen (13) years of age or older, will be carried free.Children up to age one (1) year travelling free will be allowed a seat, not to the exclusion of another passenger. Where a parent/guardian chooses to purchase an excursion ticket or regular half fare ticket for a child under two (2) years of age, that child will be guaranteed a seat.
OTHER RESTRICTIONS:	These excursion fares DO NOT APPLY to Unaccompanied Minors, Clergy, Party, Group, Exclusive occupancy, Reduced Fare Excursions, Employee Reduced Rates or other special fares or discounts and may not be altered in any way.
REFUND:	Refund to original purchaser only. No refund after start date, no refund if pass has been used. Standard cancellation penalty of 20% applies to all passes submitted for refund. Refund will be made only at original point of purchase or Greyhound Lines, 4715-Refunds, P.O. 660632, Dallas, TX 75266-0632, if purchased from the company website. All refunds of totally unused passes will be subject to a 20% cancellation penalty.
